Store Sales Associate
Location: Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store with product selection and sizing
Deliver a welcoming and professional shopping experience
Maintain product displays and store presentation
Support daily retail operations and customer service needs
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in fashion retail and customer service
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Previous retail experience is preferred
Customer Support Representative
Location: Karachi / Remote
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and email
Assist with orders, sizing guidance, product questions, and store information
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism
Prior support experience is an advantage
Ecommerce Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day ecommerce operations
Update product information and online listings
Coordinate with customer service and marketing teams
Help improve the online shopping experience
Qualifications:
Familiarity with ecommerce operations
Strong attention to detail and organization

Basic knowledge of online retail platforms is preferred
Social Media and Content Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating content for social media platforms
