Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

Initiate the Process: Contact our customer service team with your order details.

Approval: Once approved , you’ll get instructions on how to send the product back.

Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item , your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days .
Refunds will be issued either to your original payment method or as store credit.
Exchange Process

Exchanges depend on stock availability .

If the desired item is unavailable, you can choose store credit or a refund.

Follow the same steps as the return process, but mention the item you want to exchange .
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item)

For exchanges, shipping fees for the replacement item will apply.
